Clubs & memberships

Membership apps and club software, built in weeks.

Cambalache is a product studio in Buenos Aires that designs and builds software for clubs and membership businesses: member apps, recurring plans, benefits and the back office that runs it all. We built Kumo, a membership club for pet owners with web, iOS and Android apps; NauticApp, the management system and member app for boat clubs and marinas in Argentina; and Punto Market, a benefits club for vending machines in Chilean buildings and offices, where members pay from their phone.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Have you built membership apps before?

Yes. Kumo is a membership club for pet owners in Argentina, with monthly plans, refunds on vet bills and a digital health card on web, iOS and Android. NauticApp runs boat clubs and marinas: fees, moorings and billing for the club, and an app with QR access for members.

How much does it cost to build a membership app?

It depends on the scope. A membership app or club platform usually starts from one of our fixed-price packages: Validate, $3,900 in 2 weeks for one core flow or one automated process; Launch, from $8,000 in 8 weeks; or Scale, from $15,000 in 10–14 weeks for marketplaces and heavy integrations. You get the exact price and launch date in writing before any code is written.

Can members pay and renew inside the app?

Yes. Recurring plans, renewals and payments are part of the scope from day one, connected to the payment provider you choose.

How long does it take to launch?

A focused first version usually fits our Launch package: 8 weeks, fixed price. Platforms with several sides or heavy integrations take 10 to 14 weeks on Scale. The launch date is agreed in writing before we start, and it is guaranteed.
