Cambalache is a product studio in Buenos Aires that designs and builds logistics software: last-mile delivery apps, courier operations and storage networks for online stores. We built BodGo, a network of neighborhood micro-warehouses in Santiago, Chile, and First Mile, an on-foot courier service in downtown Córdoba, Argentina.

Have you built logistics software before?
Yes. BodGo is a live network of neighborhood micro-warehouses in Santiago, Chile, where online stores keep their stock near their buyers, and First Mile runs on-foot courier deliveries with instant quotes in downtown Córdoba, Argentina. We designed and built both.
How much does it cost to build a delivery app?
It depends on the scope. A delivery or logistics app usually starts from one of our fixed-price packages: Validate, $3,900 in 2 weeks for one core flow or one automated process; Launch, from $8,000 in 8 weeks; or Scale, from $15,000 in 10–14 weeks for marketplaces and heavy integrations. You get the exact price and launch date in writing before any code is written.
Can you connect it to our ERP, WMS or online store?
Yes. Integrations with the systems you already run, such as an ERP, a WMS, your online store or your own APIs, are scoped and priced up front. Our Scale package covers heavy integrations and data migration.
How long does it take to launch?
A focused first version usually fits our Launch package: 8 weeks, fixed price. Platforms with several sides or heavy integrations take 10 to 14 weeks on Scale. The launch date is agreed in writing before we start, and it is guaranteed.
