Questions founders ask us.
Who owns the code and the IP?
You do, from the first commit. The repo lives in your GitHub, and the contract assigns all IP to your company. Design files, docs and every account are yours on launch day.
How do I pay?
50% to reserve your kickoff date and 50% at launch. You pay our US company by ACH, wire or card.
What happens if I want to change the scope?
Anything new goes into a short written change order with its own price, before we build it. Nothing gets added to your invoice by surprise.
What stack do you use?
Mostly Next.js, TypeScript and Supabase (Postgres), with React Native for mobile and Claude or OpenAI for AI features. Standard tools any developer can pick up after us.
We're not a startup. Do you work with established businesses?
Yes. Switch pricing to "Running a business". Validate automates one process, Launch builds your own system and Scale brings several areas together, with the same fixed price and ship date.
I already have a prototype. Can you start from it?
Yes. We review it, keep what works and rebuild what will break with real users: auth, permissions, payments, data. That is our Prototype to production package.
How much do we overlap during the day?
Buenos Aires is 1–2 hours ahead of New York and 4–5 ahead of California. Calls and demos happen in your working hours.
What happens after launch?
You get 30 days of support (60 on Scale). After that you can keep evolving the product with the Evolve plan, or take the code anywhere.
