01The client

GoudGigs is built by a freelancer for working techs in live-event production, who juggle gigs, producers and paperwork on their own.

02The idea

Treat freelancing like a business: one app with four tools instead of a thousand gig trackers and bloated CRMs, so a tech looks professional, stays organized and gets called back.

03What we built

  • Rate sheets, Service Agreements and NDAs that auto-fill from your day, overtime and double-time rates, with e-signature on both sides
  • A color-coded calendar of confirmed, pending and lost shows, filtered by client, role or job type
  • Availability reports sent to clients automatically, monthly, weekly or on demand
  • Time sheets that capture call times and positions, calculate pay with overtime and export client-ready PDFs
  • IRS-ready W-9s generated from stored details, a place for the Certificate of Insurance and yearly renewal reminders
