100k
followers turned into a subscription business
NO PAUSA started as a women's health community with more than 100,000 followers.
The community was big, but there was no clear way to make it a business. Information, specialists and services were scattered, and bookings were handled by hand. NO PAUSA needed one product to run the operation and open a recurring revenue model.
We designed and built the patient portal and the internal management module together, so the operation worked the same way from day one.
The patient portal and the management module launched together, as a working MVP in week 10.
